1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Operation 3.1, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Product and payment
Operation 3.1 provides educational content, software, a members area and communities related to sports trading. The applicable product, price, currency, access term and payment processor are those shown at the checkout accepted by the customer. International payments may be processed by Stripe and Brazilian payments by AppMax.
3. License to use
Access is personal, individual and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, copying or redistributing content, access credentials or software is prohibited.
4. Risk and responsibility
Sports trading involves a real risk of loss. Past results do not guarantee future results. Trading decisions and capital management are solely the user’s responsibility; the product is not financial advice.
5. Eligibility
The product is available only to adults aged 18 or over. Users must check the rules governing sports trading and the platforms they use in their jurisdiction.
